RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Inkcult, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect style preference

  • Personal liking/disliking

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

  • Product being unused and unwashed

  • Original tags remaining attached

  • Product being returned in original condition

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide a replacement if approved.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • An approved return qualifies for refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
